
We pride ourselves on providing unique-quality content here at Abs and Flabs, however we can’t cover every ground. If you’re a personal trainer, dietitian, nutritionist, or any other health, fitness, and/or well-being expert, we want you to be a contributor to our blog.

Contributor Rules:
1. Put your blog posts in the appropriate category. If there is not one available. Email me your recommendation and I will add it: absandflabs [at] yahoo dot com.
2. Post pictures if available. No inappropriate pictures
3. Tag your blog posts
4. Post meaningful unique content – DO NOT post content from other websites. This will get you banned.
5. Post regularly – We don’t have a minimum posting requirement. However we want contributors that want to post often, so please post at least once a week.
6. Feel free to link to your website in your blog posts when appropriate. We don’t have a problem with you promoting yourself and/or your business. However, we will not tolerate spam so be sure the content you post is helpful and informative.
